I love his huge smile. It’s not very often that I can catch it in a photo because when he sees me coming, he either runs away or makes a face. He’s got such a great smile, and I’m so glad I caught him.
The long awaited weekend camping has arrived! Connor helped Derek set up our home away from home. The size of our tent made Derek a little uncomfortable-it is enormous for a tent! But it sure was nice having all the space, and I for one totally appreciate our supersized tent.
We’re trying so hard to grow those bangs out…we’re getting there, but it still does this a lot when not held back in a pony. And also, I think that Camryn has the most beautiful color hair. I’m a little sad that we can see the roots growing in much darker. It looks like it’s not going to stay this light, which isn’t really surprising. But I’ll still miss the golden locks when they are gone. But I won’t miss those bangs in her face.
These cupcake liners provided lots of fun and entertainment for Camryn today. But she was NOT amused when Logan used “the force” to disturb her playtime. The force, in the case, equals blowing a really hard breath in the general direction of the liners in hopes that they would fly off the table. Don’t worry, shortly after this photo was taken, I gave Logan his very own set of liners and sent him to his room to practice the Force away from Camryn’s diligent organizing.
Pouty Logan. It started off as a real pout when we realized that his ball had not come to the park with us, but once he noticed my camera, he stuck those lips out even farther for dramatic effect. And sweet Cami girl was sitting by his side, doing her best to cheer him up. She loves her Luby (that’s Logan in Camryn-speak).
