We spent the day at Kemah with the family and a couple of Logan’s friends.  Of course I forgot about the fountain and didn’t bring any swimsuits or extra clothes.  But the kids didn’t care a bit and had a blast getting soaked.

Camryn and her good buddy, our neighbor, Jake.  Jake and Cami thought this game was hilarious.  Jake is so sweet to share his goldfish!

I spent several hours this afternoon hard-core cleaning out the van.  It was bad.  While I worked, the kids set up camp in the trunk.  They brought out toys, games, and play happily together for hours.  It was a great afternoon.

She got herself all gussied up in a killer costume and let me take tons and tons of pictures of her.  She is full of personality and so much fun!

I decided on a whim to head to the bluebonnets this morning for a photoshoot with Cami.  I called my friend Laura on the way to see if she wanted to meet me there with Lexi.  She was up for it, and we had such a good time with our pretty girls in the flowers!

Happy 6th Birthday, Logan!  We had a special breakfast of monkey bread, decorated with balloons, and he especially loved this Star Wars sticker book.

Tonight was the night of the super moon.  Connor wanted to badly to see the big, bright moon.  We waited for it, but eventually he just had to go to bed.  But we promised him we would wake him up if the moon came out from behind the clouds.  Sure enough, at about 10:00, the moon was big and bright in the sky.  So I went to wake up Connor.  It was a futile effort…Derek even tried.  I eventually gave up and took a picture of him sleeping soundly instead.

We spent the weekend in San Antonio with the Inlow’s.  We had such a good time, despite the grumpy looks on the boys faces.  They were only grumpy about stopping for this picture, not about the trip itself.
